Centrally located, spacious home with private en suite, man cave and views!

Our spacious Clarkdale home sits above the Verde Valley and looks into Sedona. Our central location gives us great proximity to wineries, breweries, restaurants, etc. We're located between downtown Cottonwood (5 mins) & historic Jerome (13 mins) w/Sedona hiking & biking just 20 minutes away.

This 4BR/3 bath house sleeps 12 and has plenty of space to sprawl out. It's the perfect spot to share with your friends or families that you may be traveling with. Also a great place to host a retreat.

Hot Tub Usage Guidelines:

We want you to have a fantastic stay, and that includes enjoying our hot tub. For everyone's safety and to maximize your experience, please take a moment to review the following guidelines:

Supervision:

Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times in and around the hot tub area. Please be mindful of other guests and neighbors. Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during later hours.

Temperature:

The hot tub temperature is set at 103. Please do not attempt to adjust it.

Health Considerations:

Pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, and those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are advised to consult with a healthcare professional before using the hot tub.

Shower Before Use:

Please shower before entering the hot tub to remove any oils, lotions, or sunscreen. This helps keep the water clean and extends the life of the hot tub.

No Glassware:

For safety reasons, no glassware is allowed in or around the hot tub area. Please use provided plastic or non-breakable containers.

Cover Usage:

When not in use, please ensure the hot tub cover is securely in place. This helps with insulation, safety, and energy efficiency.

Liability:

If you're traveling with children, it is your responsibility to monitor and ensure the safety and activity in and around the hot tub at all times while children are present. Neither Property Management Company nor Owner will be liable should any injury or accident occur.

By using the hot tub, you agree to abide by these guidelines for the safety and enjoyment of all guests. Enjoy your relaxing soak!

The house was spacious with multiple areas for adults and kids. I enjoyed the kitchen because it was well equipped for a Thanksgiving dinner for a large group. The property has a huge front yard for parking, so that was good for us traveling with 3 vehicles. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfy, plenty of pillows on each bed! The house is overall nice, I would stay there again if I am in the area. If I had to improve one thing about the property then it would be the shower toiletries. It was the most underwhelming toiletries I have ever seen in a rental property. I saw random used/opened sizes/brands products in the shower, it felt a bit dingy and gross. I would prefer the host to not supply anything and make it known to BYOT. I understand it's a minor detail, but still worth mentioning. Overall, great property, we had a great time during our 3 night stay.

Beautiful home. Safe quiet neighborhood. Located close to shopping and great spot to do day trips from. Host was very friendly and helpful with addressing issues that we had. We would definitely stay here again! House had everything you would need. Just like coming home

Desert Oasis

Stayed here on a visit to my hometown (my folk’s place is too small accommodate everyone visiting.) This property was perfect for our big group. The night sky is stunning, given the low ambient light, and the property is located in a very quiet area. Had a very minor technical problem with a lock, but Jared answered immediately and got me squared away. For the price, I couldn’t find better value or quality for a large group.

Perfect house for a group getaway

This house had great sleeping accomodations and all the spaces were great for groups gathering together. We had a tiny issue at check in with the wrong door code but Jared was so quick to get back to me and get it sorted out! The kitchen had a great amount in space and some extra appliances that made it super easy to do our own cooking for the weekend!

Perfect weekend away with friends

My friends and I had the best time celebrating my birthday and exploring the towns of Cottonwood and Cornville. The house exceeded all our expectations and we would love to come back in the summer when we can take advantage of more of the outdoor amenities. The indoor hot tub was perfect and we loved all the space to hangout!
