"This property is immaculate! I specifically chose this property based on a previous stay because of its cleanliness and amenities. The property manager responded promptly to any questions I had. The home is easily accessible, is stocked with many items one might need, it is walking distance to a convenience store,and great parking."

"A wonderful property and wonderful host. The check-in instructions were very clear and included pictures which I appreciated very much. The home was CLEAN. Not a speck of dust. The shower pressure was great - that was a pleasant surprise. The full second bathroom is located in a clean and well-lit basement. It is new and enclosed in its own room. We did not use it because it was not super convenient but it was nice to know that it was there if needed. We managed just fine with the upstairs...

"The home was beautiful! Comfortable stay and super responsive host. Had a few questions answered promptly, one issue and it was resolved immediately. Hosts are very accommodating and very friendly! My family felt safe during our stay. Only suggestion would be to add washcloths! "

"Property was not as advertised. The house was a little dated but it did have fresh paint and new floors and also new appliances. The porch steps were a little rickety and both doors had at least an inch of space under them."

"Perfect location for our activities. Clean house with all the listed amenities and very clear instructions for check-in and out! "

"Great place to stay, was exactly as described and pictured. Check in and check out was easy, and the ability to do laundry for even a small price was very convenient. Only small con was the noise of the Tim Hortons drive thru every morning, but having a Tim Hortons right downstairs was a huge plus!! My family would definitely stay again next time we are in town. "

"Very nice, well kept older apartment. Spotlessly clean. Had everything I needed and more - thoughtful touches. Great location - close to Interstate, Downtown Buffalo, Lake Erie shore and Niagara Falls. Appreciated A/C. Remodeled modern kitchen with all appliances. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely return again!"

"We drove from AZ to Buffalo New York came in early ask to check in a little bit early and we were able to so, Couldnt wait to get in the pool but the pool wasnt heated inquired about it and someone came out the very next day, the house was size for my satisfaction with the gourmet kitchen that didnt have the quantity pots and pans but did bring mines to do gourmet cooking, We did feel at home from home which was extremely nice.The communication loved itMandy was professional with all concerns,...

"We are a local band out of Syracuse playing in downtown Buffalo for the night. We chose this home because we knew our cars would be packed with expensive gear and sitting over night-(off street parking in a safe neighborhood). Just as advertised, the house slept 6 adults very comfortably- beds were cozy after a late of playing, house is welcoming, well stocked and clean. Loved coffee on the back porch this morning. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Proximity to amenities was super convenient....
