"We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey."

"It has been 10 years since we stayed here before. We found the hotel welcoming with plenty of parking available. The hotel is well kept and in lovely surroundings. We stayed in a ground-floor patio room. It was supposed to be a "wellness room" but there were no additions to the room as advertised. "This is a fun place to stay. I booked a safari-themed family room to sleep 5 even though it was just me staying. Room rate included parking, breakfast and use of the pool. Room was a little tired but clean and perfectly fine for an overnight stay. There’s no overhead light in the bedroom area (just the corridor by the door) so it could be a challenge if you plan to read, etc. There’s a fridge in the room which can be a little noisy but I slept fine with my usual earplugs. "I have stayed at the property a number of times and it is clean and quiet with excellent facilities. I did eat in the restaurant again this year, but the standard of food appears to have dropped considerably. This may have been a one off, chef not in etc, but we were disappointed with the food which we did inform the bar. "

"Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. "

"So i have given everything on this hotel and my stay in this place 5 stars all around. Tge reason for this is because for Value for money considering its London its really good especially with parking slots and the train station just down the road like a 3 minute walk.
