"Really nice staff who offered to keep my dog’s food cold in their refrigerator. We were well greeted and they gave me good nearby food recommendations. The main floor had a bit of a not so great smell and the room was pretty small but it was clean and I got a good night sleep. They also let me check out 30 minutes late. "This is a luxury hotel with fantastic views over the lake. Valet parking and luggage transfer (you can get to your car if you forget something) which was really helpful. Housekeeping is superb and the hotel is spotless. Be aware of the difference between La Table and Salon restaurants, especially if you only want a continental breakfast, as it isn't immediately obvious. Excellent selection of drinks and wine by the glass and helpful bar staff. My spoken French didn't rate with them, so...

"A beautiful hotel nestled in a stunning landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful, restful, and relaxing. That said, I was disappointed by the additional cost to access the spa, which is €20 per person, per hour. Given the relatively small size of the spa, charging guests by the hour felt a bit excessive, which deterred us from using the spa. The breakfast was also underwhelming, especially at €25 per person. We stayed in a ‘Deluxe room, with lakeside terrace’ - the room was spacious with a comfy bed, good sized bathroom with toiletries and plenty of storage in the bathroom. "My wife and I had a wonderful three night stay at this hotel in late May 2026. We were delighted with our choice and the excellent communication we received in advance. We learned about the helpful Geneva Transport Card which made our trip much easier. The staff were incredibly friendly attentive and helpful. A bonus was the complimentary shuttle service to and from Geneva airport which relieved all our worries about arriving on time. The shuttle drivers were professional polite and helpful. ...
