  • Inside Space:
    There are three bedrooms, all located upstairs with stylish, mostly brand-new furniture, and comfortable new mattresses. The first room is a master suite with a King-sized bed with a full bath and a walk-in closet. In addition, there is a TV in the Master room that has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu. The second room has a comfortable Queen-sized bed with a closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Full and Twin sized beds for the kids. Also, there is second full bathroom upstairs for the convenience of the guests.
    Downstairs has a two living rooms, the entry living room has a comfortable sofa that can be used as a pullout bed. This space also has an office desk if needed for work purposes. This space also leads to the main living room, where you can relax and watch some TV in front of the fireplace. The living room TV has Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu.
    Downstairs also has a full kitchen with a dining area that has a circular dining table and four comfortable chairs. There's a half bath and laundry room with a washer and dryer.

    Yard Space:
    Come and experience this backyard oasis, newly planted 12-foot Leyland evergreen trees for better privacy, new 7-seater hot tub and cozy up next to the wood burning fire pit.

    The guests will access to the whole house. You can park on the property driveway and permitted street parking. Come in and out of the home with easy-to-use touch keypad at the entrance door. You have high speed internet, 24/7 Wi-Fi, and 2 TVs in the living room and master's room. Both TVs have Xfinity TV, Netflix, Amazon Video, HBO Max, Peacock, Disney Plus, & Hulu.

Great Location! Good spot between the mountains and downtown Portland. You can ride the Light Rail to get downtown for a very reasonable price. The property is in a good neighborhood and close to other amenities.

Good place for stay in Oregon

We were staying two nights exploring Oregon and Portland area. Convenient location, easy to get around. Home was clean, has all necessities for comfortable stay.

Comfortable clean property

This was the perfect location for us to visit family nearby. Everything we needed was within min of the house. Beds were comfortable and the hosts were great. Will stay again when we return to the area.

House was great, very accommodating. Jacuzzi and fire were a great addition. I will say there is a lot of wear and tear, small things that need to be repaired but I’m sure that’s due to the constant use. Hosts didn’t bother us at all, nice neighborhood near a lot of stores/food places.

Portland visit

It's a very nice house located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The location was very close to the venue where we attended a wedding, and we had good access to Portland and nearby attractions that we wanted to visit.

Perfect for the family

Nice neighborhood just close enough to downtown to be convenient to spend the day sightseeing but return home to relax in the evening (including in the hot tub). Clean and comfortable.

Family stay for a wedding

Excellent communication, location, and amenities… excellent Wi-Fi, streaming service available and appliances were great… including hot tub… absolute only suggestion would be to provide toiletries, extra paper towels and trash bags (at least enough for the duration of the stay).

Fit for our family

Hotels are to expensive for a full package deal of a good VRBO, so after a short search we settled on this beautiful home. It fit us perfectly and had the added bonus of a nice hot tub, that I was in need of. The neighborhood was nice, clean, and quiet. I hope our travels bring us back this way, because this home is at the top of my list.

Good: no parking issues, hot tub, kitchen had tea and coffee, communication was good, it was well-cleaned (no shoes upstairs), lots of spaceNeeds improvement: there seemed to be penny pinching in all the wrong areas. Very limited bath towels. Towels had stains on them. Only 2-3 hangers in each closet. I wanted to cool down my room, but the box fan didn't fit in the window. I ended up having to move the nightstand and prop it up there. Biggest concern: AC did not cool down the upstairs. This wasn't an issue for our weather since it cooled down at night, but definitely would've been an issue if there was a heat wave. There seems to have been a thermostat or house fan removed on the upstairs, the vents seemed to be barely blowing. I live in a hot area of the US and use central HVAC on a regular basis. Could not figure out how to get it cool using the AC.
