"Could not check in early,so we found something to do then tried to check in at 7pm and was told my reservation was cancelled or my room was given away I ended up getting a single bed instead of two beds or how they had it advertised as two bedroom and the room we got was dirty and run down the heater didn't work so they had a cheap Walmart plug in heater that only blew cold air so we froze all night "

Parking was free and directly in front of our room.
Staff was wonderful.
AC & ceiling fan in working order. Opened the sliding glass door at night to enjoy the night air.
We came with our 20 lb dog and had a $25 dog cleaning fee which was reasonable.
Would happily stay here sgain."

"Everything was nice. We needed a heavier blanket for our daughter but it was not available, but we managed. The difficult issue was that it was super loud because the property is right next to the freeway and we didn’t realize that. It was hard to sleep for some of our group, but others were unbothered. Most were able to also enjoy the breakfast as well."

"This was a great place. I was suprised how cool it was but when we needed the heater it worked great. I think it would have been nice to have more dishes and cooking utensils in the kitchen, because it was a full kitchen, would have been really nice. We had no paper towels, even though the holder was there with a an empty roll, and almost ran out of toilet paper, but it was comfortable and enjoyable and we would definitely come back."

They had customers waiting and they were on the phone with a manager trying to resolve issues within the hotel. when they finally help me they promised to refund the room because I had to wait and was given a smoking allowed room in lieu of non-smoking. They eventually check us in. The hotel is noisy due to its location near a main intersection."
