"We have rented homes for over 20 years and I have never left a bad review. The house was dirty with visible dirt and spots on the floors. There was dirt caked on the master bathroom faucet. The wood floors are warped and the bottom door jam in the master bedroom is missing exposing the carpet tack strip. The grass was knee high in areas in the front and back yards. The pictures don’t represent the shape of the house. We walked into the house and immediately left because of these issues...

"Didn't receive check-in information before check-in time and had to contact the host. She was responsive and apologetic. The house was neat and there were a lot of kitchen amenities and tons of games. The water pressure in the showers was super strong, which I loved, however it was too hard for the kids. An adjustable shower head would have been perfect."
