"Stayed the weekend in this cabin. First impression of the cabin was amazing. Super cute decor, spacious, beds were so comfortable. The master shower was the best. Had a cute fire pit with lots of chairs and a table outside Also had a grill and lights that strung from the cabin to the outside building It was so pretty at night. Only down side was the traffic noise was pretty loud. Kids had a great time walking the trails and seeing the old Tiffin bridge. Would recommend to all my family and...

"I use to come here when I was a little girl. We stayed directly across the lake from my grandpas place.. Mike and Sue were extremely pleasant. Made us feel very comfortable. I would very much recommend this place! We are looking forward to our next vacation here"

"The hosts were very responsive. Lots of unexpected amenities like hot drink bar, super clean home, full sizewasher and dryer. Great wifi, but the view out back was so good. Don't let the simple front deceive you, really nice! If we are back up this way, we would definitely rent again. "

"My family and I traveled from Michigan to spend some time together. We were pleasantly Surprised of how adorable the home was and we felt right at home. All of the neighbors were very friendly, there was a very short walk over to the beautiful lake, and our host Hayley was available for all of our needs. The hot tub was also very relaxing and a perfect end to our trip."

"we spent a long weekend in michigan for my sweet partner’s birthday. i wanted to make sure we indulged in some of his favorite things while we were away, and this cozy apartment was the perfect home base. the city of reading was full of small town vibez including locally owned restaurants and dispensaries. the weather was a lil chilly and rainy for our time away, but we were thrilled to have a comfortable space to watch movies and smoke without bother. every single person we dealt with in town...

"Our family had a wonderful time! The home was beautiful, even better than the pictures. The entire home is well thought out and has everything you could need in the kitchen. We loved sitting around the fire pit each evening. Our days were spent in the water. Swimming, using the provided rafts and kayaks. We had a truly relaxing and enjoyable time! Mike and Sue were kind and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this home! "

"We greatly enjoyed our time at the Doctor's Cottage. The quaint and clean retreat is located in an idyllic spot for a relaxing time away from everyday stress. The lake lives up to it's name. The depth around the dock is just right for wading, playing, or jumping into a kayak. Our host communicated clearly and quickly, displaying a sincere desire for a pleasant stay."

"Our son and his wife graduated Hillsdale College May 2025. We booked our stay here a year in advance wanting to be sure to get the Heritage House again. Back in 2023, our first son Graduated from Hillsdale and we stayed here with family and friends. This is the PERFECT place! It easily sleep large crowd on 3 levels, has lovely indoor and outdoor seating and eating areas, and the kitchen is set up to feed a crowd. The owners are quick to respond even bringing ice to us when we were short...
