"Room was great. Our first room had no hot water however we were upgraded to a suite. Very good. "

"Maddison Plaza was a well priced, convenient night stay in Townsville. The room was clean and well appointed. We did find the pillows a bit too flat and there were no spare pillows. The TV kept turning off constantly also and had to turned on again. Apart from those minor issues it was a good stay. "
