"We had a wonderful weekend getaway. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. The view of the river was amazing. The adult kids loved kayaking. We caught lots of fish off the bank. Sitting on the deck playing cards was lots of fun. The dogs had plenty of yard to run and loved swimming in the river. "

"We stayed over Christmas, so we didn’t get a chance to fully enjoy the outdoor setting (which would have been awesome in the summer) but the cabin was cozy and secluded.You know when the directions to get there include the words “ANOTHER cattle guard,” it’s gonna be a perfect retreat from the chaos at the end of a long day visiting family. "

"The property was great. Excellent condition and supplies. The owners were attentive and communicative. Excellent experience overall."

"We only stayed one night. We came to Batesville for the White River Wonderland, which we enjoyed very much. Definitely could not have asked for a better view! The beds were clean and comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. The only complaints I have was the floors should have had a once over just before our arrival. Also, fireplace was badly in need of a cleaning out."

"Our stay with more than pleasurable. We were able to have my brother-in-law's son and wife for the weekend which was what we were looking to have from the very beginning. The apartment was perfect for us thanks so much for having us we'll be back again"

"The host are wonderful people! I was in shock because my mother had just passed away & had drove 10 hours from Illinois to Arkansas. They not only made sure I was okay, they also made our families fur baby, bullypit right at home. The husband set up water for her, & the wife made a pallet for her to lay on with the smell of her own dog on it to let my dog know it was okay! They were so comforting and I felt very safe. "We had a wounderful time. our 3 grandson 14,15,17 loved it. Some rainy days but had a closet with board games. It was just Great thank you for providing such a warm cozy place to vacation "

"Great location for easy access to Cooper’s Hawk golf course, Melbourne , and the White River at Guion. Very clean and efficient space appointed with basic supplies and toiletries. Very comfortable bed with higher end bed linens/sheets. Peaceful, pretty and private location. Our host was super nice and checked to make sure we didn’t need a thing. Recommend staying here! "

"I loved staying here. It was a wonderful home away from away while away. Definitely will try to book the next time I am in the area! The property manager was lovely and it is walking distance away from the grocery store. Also there are a ton of local eateries as well. "
