"I’ve stayed in many places on DC over the last three decades, but this is in my top three for quality, and first for value. It’s less than half an hours walk from Potomac Yard (which has the best supermarket, don’t use the closer one) and I can’t fault it. Trying really hard to find something wrong, the shower pressure could be better!"

"Everything was as advertised. The house worked great for our group. The kitchen and dining room were perfect for a large group. The piano was beautiful and in tune. "

"Home was very clean. I didn’t realize it was a duplex but you could not hear anyone in the adjoining home. It was the quietest neighborhood. Rooms were a little hot for us southern folks. "

"The owner was able to accommodate my request of having a gathering of friends on the holiday weekend. Communication was good as he was accessible. Basement not included so be mindful for complete privacy you’ll have to pay more. The cost to host was also additional but understandable as most properties wouldnt allow parties of any sort.Very spacious and clean, would stay again "

"The house had enough rooms and bathrooms for 15 people so it was great benefit for us since it saved us lot of time in the morning and we could get out before time for activities.
