We traveled with our 2 dogs - as it was cold and snowy, I loved that this place had a secure, fenced-in yard where I didn't have to go outside with them on a leash. The arrival instructions seemed geared toward guests arriving by car, and there weren’t clear directions for those using rideshare or public transportation. It also would have been helpful to have the exact building address rather than just the complex name, as that made navigation more difficult on arrival. Clarifying these details would make the experience smoother for future guests."
