"The location was in close proximity to restaurants. It was about a 25 minute walk to Old Quebec City or 10 minutes drive. The host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.The outside of the property is dated. Parking is a bit tight for larger vehicles. We arrived at 4pm (check in) to find the house cleaning staff still cleaning. After giving her time to finish we settled in. "This property is outside of the Old City in an up and coming neighbourhood with plenty of great restaurants. Walking to the Old City takes about 30 minutes but it’s also an easy and affordable ride share into town. The flat is spotless with great amenities. The layout is a bit quirky but very functional. It has a lovely dining area and living room which are somewhat separate from the kitchen and bedrooms. This creates a nice place to sit and relax without worrying about disturbing others....

"We stayed for three nights, and while the location was excellent, our overall experience was disappointing.The positives first: the location is fantastic for exploring Old Quebec, the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was very convenient. There is also parking available in the building, although the pricing is comparable to other nearby garages rather than being a special perk.Unfortunately, our stay was overshadowed by several significant issues....

Walkable to Old Quebec the major QV sites without extreme hills.Pros: concrete construction so no neighbor and limited road noise; safe & sever secure area; Comfy bed; well equipped kitchen. Didn’t use parking, but nice to know it’s available. Check-in easy as front desk of building is often manned.Cons: not true blackout curtains so very bright early on sunny days. Some of the interior construction seems cheap ave layout is awkward. Host mentioned needing to do an in person...

"Great location to visit and tour old Quebec City on foot! Room was very modern and clean and well stocked with linens etc. Only problem was trying to use TV’s, never was able to? Other than that we would highly recommend this location!"
