"Very clean"

"Everything was great,,,,, Except that the breakers kept tripping?? First it was the refrigerator, then the kitchen outlets, then the dishwasher and garbage disposal, and the the A/C !!! I was able to reset most of them over and over again and some stayed on!? But they have a severe electric problem!!"

"Room was clean and spacious. Staff was attentive. Items in convenience area very expensive but handy for a quick snack when we arrived. Charge for parking was never explained, just put on our bill. But parking garage assured of plenty of parking. Very convenient location "

"The room was clean and fresh. Every time we walked in we commented on how nice it smelled. Lol! The breakfast was very good. Biscuit and heavy, eggs, sausage, pancakes, just fantastic options. Plenty of seating for our large group to eat together. It was a very pleasant stay. "

"The room was 80 degrees when we walked in after checkout. It did not cool below 75 until 9pm. The bathtub did not drain during showers. When calling down to notify your staff, your worker had severe negative tone and seemed very distracted rather than handling the problem. We were startled awake by a fire alarm. When exiting the room we were notified by other patrons that it was a false alarm. ONLY AFTER CALLING DOWN were we notified that no evacuation was needed. Neighboring rooms...

"I stayed two days. They didn’t make the bed, clean the room or refresh the room. No single water and safe store in the room. Kind of self service hotel make your bed and room. "

"The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were fantastic - super friendly and professional. Everyone seemed genuinely happy. The front desk staff especially deserves accolades for staying professional while dealing with a huge obnoxious group of soccer players and broken elevators all weekend. Two out of three elevators were broken which was a huge inconvenience; whomever is in charge of maintenance should have been prioritizing repairs yet they remained broken all weekend. "First thing I always check everything in the room and when the toilet seat was lifted there was yellow pee stains, GROSS. I was taking a shower and they shut off the water in the middle of my shower, no notice next day they turned it off again while brushing my teeth, no notice! Went to get coffee and juice for my daughter saw a roach crawl up in the juice dispenser, so NO juice. My husband left a little complaint and when I went down to take my dog out she asked if i could ask him to take it...
