"Overall, a really nice stay. The self check-in didn't have any problems for me and was super easy to manage. The room was spacious and clean - very cozy! I booked the room directly over the bar with the discounted rate, and with earplugs, it wasn't bad at all, even on the weekend. One thing to note (which is in the fine print, but I didn't realize at first) is that there is no lift here, so be prepared to move your luggage up and down the stairs."

"Sent my luggage to Galway. Not an issue but had to phone the hotel 3 times to find out what was happening. On all occasions was told someone would ring me back or send me the details. They didn’t. Not 5 star hotel service unfortunately Hotel was fine. Clean and central, no issues "

"Check in was quick and staff polite. The room was modern, clean and included an iron and ironing board, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast provided was excellent with a good range of hot and cold food. The hotel is not on a bus route, but buses (and trains) can be accessed on Botanic Avenue, approx. 5/10 minutes walk away."

"Staff was very helpful in rescheduling our Black Taxi tour when our original driver failed to show. It was also nice having laundry available, although a wash load took 2 hrs and dryer 1 1/2 hrs (detergent pods are sold @ front desk for $2 per load). Check-in was all done @ a kiosk put staff able to assist. Would suggest more lighting in the bathroom and washcloths included w/ the face/bath towels."

"Every staff member that we dealt with were probably the best I've ever encountered. All were extremely friendly and quick to serve. I feel the young host at breakfast needs a helper. He was checking people in for breakfast while also cleaning and setting up the tables, which created a long line at times. He's definitely a good little worker and deserves to only have to do one or the other. The room itself was very nice and clean, however, the carpeting and the comforter under the duvet had...

"It was our second last stay of short day drops throughout Ireland and this hotel was our second stay in Belfast. I can best describe the room as small, clean and adequate. We were issued an actual door key and generally I would describe the property as a bit dated. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was located close to a strip of stores and a bus stop to the downtown area which we utilized."

"Incredibly well maintained and comfortable. The staff are gracious and helpful. The history of the hotel and legacy are served well by how it's operating today. The location is also perfect for Belfast. We're definitely returning."
