  • Lovely & spacious 4 bedroom ‘New England' style holiday cottage overlooking Windrush Lake. It is furnished to a high standard. The open plan living area leads to a well furnished south facing decking with gas BBQ, rattan outdoor seating, table, chairs.

    4 x bedrooms & 2 x bathrooms with downstairs cloakroom – 1 master king size double ensuite, 1 x double & 2 x twin bedrooms. Lovely grounds & great on-site facilities with water sports, bar & restaurant close by. Pet friendly.

Family holiday with dog

A beautiful, spacious , well equipped lodge in a lovely, tranquil location with stunning view of the lake. We all enjoyed watching the swans and moorhens nurturing their young , only a few meters away. Hired paddle boards and had a great time All enjoyed our time there ( including the dog).

What a fantastic place to stay. The Orion staff are absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. We have already recommended this to our friends and family. Booking with Orion holidays directly was the cheapest option. AA+ Orion.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

Lovely relaxing holiday with walks right from the door.plenty to do within walking distance of the property.very secure site gated entrances with codes to get in.security on patrols who was very pleasant and helpful. Will definitely be revisiting the site on a regular basis it was ideal for my brother who has Parkinson’s he had no problem getting around the area on his mobility scooter.

Fantastic stay!

This was honestly such a lovely home & much roomier in real life. It was really comfortable & equipped with everything we needed (& more!). The welcome tea & coffee basket was lovely and the dishwasher tablets etc were a lovely addition. The shower was really lovely & had a great pressure. Being able to get into the lake directly outside was fab. We’d definitely stay here again.

Reasonable Accommodation

The accommodation is well located, right next to the lake. It has all of the mod cons, two fridge, dishwasher and a washing machine. The interior is a little tired and could do with some updating and if there are more than six people, it is a bit of a squeeze trying to fit on the two sofa in the lounge.
