"Enjoyed my stay and definitely will return. The ambiance was relaxing, inviting and elegant. The Rooftop was amazing and the staff during my entire stay was 5stars. From the spacious, industrial settings in the room to the relaxing bed that engulfed me after a long night of meeting new people at the RoofTop dining area. Great food and prices. I was only in for one day but this will not be the last time I stay! My favorite decor was the Rustic RED door! Lastly, shout out to welcome gift and...

"Very clean, very basic. Perfect for our weekend. No bells and whistles, but very nice TV. We would stay again!"

"The room was very clean and quiet. My only problem was I wish people would understand handicap people's needs. My mom couldn't take a shower because was not handicap accessible. And only king rooms have walk in showers. My mom travels with my husband and I and we are not all sleeping together."

"The room was in good condition and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. It was a great value."

"Clean, quiet, and safe. I enjoyed staying here."

"This was honestly one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The ONLY redeeming factor was that the staff was super sweet, welcoming, and helpful. We stayed for two nights. The whole place needs an upgrade. Toilet paper and towel holders falling off the walls, dingy grout, etc. ALSO, we did not sleep well either night because of the amount of light from the parking lot coming in through the closed "room darkening" curtain. There was so much light, we kept waking up throughout the night...

"Hampton Inn is consistent across the nation, providing clean facilities, reasonable rates, and decent breakfast options. The Bristol location is no exception, but the location itself is worth noting. The building is one of several hotels built between two major highways. As mentioned in many other reviews, the constant noise from the highway 24-7 can be disruptive. Don't count on the noise of the seasonal A/C or heater to drown out those sounds. It's can't be fixed, so just be aware of this if...

"Good motel for the price"

"Not clean..hot water wasn't hot..breakfast was terrible and the area was not staffed..just over all a place to avoid..I would never stay again...oooo and bugs in our room"

"Spend a little more and upgrade quality. This was an extended state facility with no dishes/utensils/cups in the room. On the day of checkout, the elevator did not work. The “grab and go” breakfast is nothing but a few sugary/high fructose corn syrup processed wheat flour packaged snacks. Shady looking characters lurking around the back side of property smoking pot. The Front Desk employees were very cordial. I felt sorry that they had to deal with a low quality property."

"This was the perfect location. Close to restaurants, shopping and the covered bridge. The room was big and comfortable and it felt more like an apartment rather than a "hotel" room. Check-in was so easy as was the access to our room and parking. We will absolutely be back again in the spring to visit our daughter at Milligan University."
