"We loved the proximity to the park but the whole experience was spoiled because each time any room turned on the tap, the pipework screeched like a call bell. This happens all night. "Old and tired rooms. Convenient location but in desperate need of a Reno. Noisey rooms. Don’t expect to sleep well here. Busy street with Tram, traffic and drunken st Kilda party goer noise. Parking is an extra $25 per night. So keep that in mind when budgeting and comparing options."
