"The hotel was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and fresh. Staff was cooperative and courteous. There were a lot of young kids on the weekend staying at the hotel and the staff was constantly replenishing fresh breakfast, but, one person could have intermittently checked and cleaned the sitting area as well. Just a suggestion. Otherwise everything was great. "

"Could never get a person to answer the front desk. When we asked for late check out, they were resistant and made the request feel difficult. When we were checking out, we asked if they were full and they commented not at all, so I didn’t understand why us asking for an hour later checkout was an issue. The staff was rude in every encounter. "

"I travel on 04/1/26 I’ve book aloft different city never had problems first my sister room dirty trash in the floor had to asks if they could vacuum, then the air didn’t work so they had to move to another room, I’m pretty sure whoever had that room before had the same problem, my room had dead bugs and trash in the floor the manager said they were going to credit me it’s been over a week haven’t seen no credit i called they keep saying no manager in they lying you not going to run a hotel...

"My only complaint is being taken advantage of when I had a last minute schedule change due to a baby arriving 3 days early. I would understand paying an inconvenience fee, but paying for nights I’m not using, on top of the charges for the stay, is a little ridiculous. I know it’s a corporate issue, not a location issue, but it will make me look to other hotel chains from now on. Corporate needs to do better. As far as the location goes, it was a great stay with friendly, helpful staff."

"I would never stay at this property again. Although the staff was generally friendly, and most areas are clean, there is a cockroach problem that needs to be dealt with. Note: I’ve been licensed in the industry for many years so I know what I viewed. I was able to maintain a secure area during my stay, but had to keep almost everything in my vehicle. Anything in the room was kept in containers. Note: I paid in advance on Expedia, or would have left early. I’ll never risk it again."
