"You cant through to the front desk. Number gets cut off. I emailed and texted them that i will he there at 11am to 130pm only. Then i show up and there is no room available until 130pm. Then i tried to get a refund. They told me expedia has to initiate it. But expedia cannot get through to the phone. So im still waiting for my refund. "

"This hotel is very beautiful. Very nice design and atmosphere, smells great and has a lot to offer. Rooms are huge and very clean. Biggest gym I have seen so far, you can get the perfect full workout. They have a lot of shopping centers nearby as well. Would definitely book again."

"I booked the room then when I got there about half an hour later they said they didn’t have any reservations. I showed her the confirmation and the paid receipt and she just told me that I had to wait. I already paid online. So I waited an hour and a half for them to give me a key. I got no apology. Then it was checkout time and I was running a little behind because of the late check in and the cleaning lady was very rude I took all my bags out of the room and put them outside the door. I...

"There was no good food within reach and no coffee was provided in the morning unless you went to their restaurant, which was not that good. The staff was fine, parking good, and room clean. I would not go back. It wasn't that comfortable a place to stay for my needs at the time."
