"Front desk staff extremely impolite. Without greeting, first word was “ID”. After 5min working in his own, no communication, we were waiting quietly. Suddenly he threw my ID card to the air and landed somewhere on the counter, without saying a word. Totally unacceptable!"

"Health hazard with walls $156 for a room with goop on the wall that look like blood, and hairs from three parts of a body on the sheets. The blanket had a big stain on it, the bedspread had cigarette Burns and the entire place smells like stalecigarette. The peep hole was just a hole in the door - not appropriate for solo travelers. Well we can correct that with technology"

"Everything went well I checked out in time. The only problem was the next day. They sent me a email telling me. I should’ve checked out on time. Which I did, I left early before checkout. They said my dog was barking, but my dog was in my truck with me the whole time I called hotel they said they didn’t leave any voice messages or text messages."

"The hotel smelled of mildew, the sheets were not clean, and there were homeless people at the property's entrance. Expedia should no longer promote this venue! I have disputed this charge and hope to be reimbursed. I have a heart condition, which was not good for me. The staff was not cooperative."

"Room was very dirty! There was hair in the shower, on the floor, on the pillows. Dried spills on the floor. Didn’t even sleep under the bedding because of how dirty it was. There was a sign in the lobby that says no pets allowed. The TV was very staticky and there was no back on the remote so you had to hold the batteries in to use it.
