"The staff was nice and the breakfast was good. We were quite disappointed that the pool was out for renovation because that was a large part of our vacation plans. And the fridge didn't have a freezer which we were counting on as well. They did comp us a free breakfast and the food was pretty good. So that was nice, but the lack of amenities was a pretty frustrating because we planned our trip around having them."

Das Zimmer, insbesondere das Badezimmer, roch stark nach Rauch, obwohl es als Nichtraucherzimmer ausgewiesen war. Generell wirkte sowohl das Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage ungepflegt und es entstand der Eindruck, dass die Instandhaltung vernachlässigt wird. Auch die Handtücher waren nicht vollständig sauber. Die Parkplätze sind zudem sehr eng bemessen, vor allem für amerikanische Verhältnisse,...

"The hotel was close to the Levi’s stadium, that was the only good thing about it. The room was so dirty, there were hairs in the shower from previous use, a lot of dust, our key card wouldn’t open our door. The staff on site couldn’t help us get into our room and this was at 1am and for 2hrs we were locked out of our room and no one was letting us in. We had to call the police. Would not recommend staying here."

"We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!"
