"The location of this hotel is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room was spotless, quiet and a good size. The only only comment I would make is to change up the breakfast after two days. The gym was not available to us which was a bit disappointing but probably because it was the long weekend?"

"Quiet small hotel in Old sections of Montreal. Bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom very clean and lots of water pressure in the shower. Room had a small table but only one chair to sit by it. The space just didn’t feel thoughtfully put together or arranged. Staff very helpful and polite."

"Arrived at8pm we were told we had the best apartment in the building unpacked everything went for dinner and picked up breakfast items to start our day's when we got back the refrigerator wasn't working went to the front desk they told us there wasn't anything they could do it had been broken for over a month. We then had to repack all off our belongings and move to another apartment 2 day's later we decided to do a load of laundry and the washer didn't work !!! I believe we are entitled to get...

"Our stay was generally good, hotel is in a good location and clean overall, but for us there were a few issues: The rooms are very dark and the lighting wasn't adequate for us. I know they're trying to be stylish, but something to consider if you need brighter rooms. We had requested room cleaning on Day 3 of our 5-night stay, but housekeeping never came. If you need more towels or pillows, front desk tells you to go to the "supply room" on each floor. I didn't mind this, except that these items...
