Property was exactly as expected, we had a short stay, but was what we needed to be close to downtown. Communication was great, the gated parking was nice and as mentioned was a short walk to Eden park.

Lovely property. Clean, well stocked. Ed was so nice, helpful and accommodating. It was a great location and the gated parking was wonderful! A beautiful older building in beautiful Walnut Hills close to Eden Lookout.

Ed went above and beyond for our short stay. He even went as far as to go out and buy a new deep freezer before our stay because our ll the freezer was not working. The bottle of wine was a wonderful touch. Very clean and welcoming and perfect location for a concert in the city. The check-in instructions were clear and easy and made it a breeze to get in, which is an important factor to me. Cannot recommend enough!

As with our prior stay in a different apartment on the first floor, our host, Ed, was highly responsive and extremely gracious. Our stay in this second-floor apartment was excellent. It was warm, comfortable and cozy which was most welcome given the snowfall and temperatures dipping into single digits. The secure parking area was also well maintained with a snowplow, salt and sand service making it safe. We were very thankful to be able extend our trip and not have to seek out other locations.
