This should be taken off the list. The property should be demolished! We checked in and checked out in 5-10 minutes. Several Health Codes and Code Violations. Again, this is not a place to stay. The property should be Demolished

Didn't stay.. made a reservation Wednesday for a Friday night stay.. Friday night I pulled in and tried to get my room, was notified by the lady at front desk my room had been cancelled and didn't take the time to call or notify me of anything. Then proceeded to tell me they didnt have the staffing to clean the rooms for my stay, that's was reasoning for cancelation.. so at 11 pm at night had to call around and find another hotel

Arrived after driving 4.5 hours was told by staff the hotel was fully booked and Expedia had no right selling me a room and I would have to take it up with them for refund. I then spent well over an hour with first AI that I'm assuming a supervisor AI or maybe a real person typing before I was told my card would be refunded.

I got there and the said there was no room. Omar of canceling and getting me a refund they said I have to call the third party to ask for refund. How do you accept a booking when you’re all booked? What a shame. Waste of time and drive all the way there.

I made reservations online got to the property. No one was at the desk called the phone number that was on the wall. Spoke to an individual who stated I would have to wait until the morning to check in. Mind you the ladder on the wall, stated that their hours on Saturday and Sunday or 10 PM to 6 AM. It was 11 PM and nobody was at the office. The man was rude.

They need to improve on their breakfast everything was stale coffee not enough for everybody in the building rooms were very dirty found garbage under the bed bugs in the room carpet filthy walk around with your socks on and they will be filthy need to close the place yeah they do
This was found under my bed been there 3 days didn't know that garbage was up under the bed would not have checked in if I knew it was going to be like this I spent almost $300 or more for a filthy room I need my money back but I doubt it that I'll g

Which hotel at 2:45 to check in they told me the room wasn’t ready with it for an hour. Came back. Still wasn’t ready. Wait it again for next hour. Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. I tried to go to other places to see if they have availability. No one had nothing went back to the hotel then they told me that they have a room for me, but there’s no AC. Since I had nowhere to go on no room, I said OK do they have a window? She said yes. Upon getting into the room, the lights doesn’t work. The room is disgusting in the corner a little the bed like this room has never been clean properly. Roaches was in the bathroom I went back downstairs to tell her. She thought she told me that the lights doesn’t work too and no you didn’t. You just said you had a room for me and the room that I book was two bunk bed. The room they gave me was one bunk bed for four of us. Again, I know where to go ask for towels and blanket. When I open the towels, the towels were black and dirty. The room needs to be renovated. They need to fix the AC and look like it was never been fixed in years. There’s so much dust in it. Why are you guys advertising your stuff on Expedia? The pictures does not look like the hotel. The picture look like

You really need to have someone at the front desk to check people in. We waited for 45 minutes and then finally abandoned the reservation and went somewhere else

The staff was professional and polite. After being out all day when I awoke the room was full of roaches. Room appeared clean and updated but bugs were coming out of where the television was located.
