"Spotlessly clean room. Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Bed extremely comfortable, Breakfast very good choice and tasty. If we have one criticism it’s that the room was small and the bathroom large but we understand the hosts will be rectifying that."

"We had a premium sea view, worth every penny. Staff were brilliant got our room ready early as we were going to a wedding in hotel at 1pm. Room was lush best ever, the view stunning. Everything was perfect. Sachets of hot chocolate kettle, and coffee machine. Iron and ironing board in cupboard. Food stunni g loved our stay.x"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Fern cottage. Such a beautiful cottage and very comfortable. The beach was just around the corner a minutes walk away. We would definitely stay again. "

"I was disappointed to find that despite what it said on the Hotels site the Red Lion did not organise parking if you phoned. I had to park 5 minutes walk away and thankfully it was not raining too hard. With no food at the pub food choices were a little limited but luckily there is a very good take away pizza shop 50 metres away. The breakfast I had was very good so no problems with that."

"Off to a bad start due to the, otherwise very pleasant, owner pouncing on us as we arrived following a day of travel. We really just wanted to be left alone to arrive and unpack. Not the right time to attempt to convey information and instructions as we unpacked from the car. "Just home from a overnight stay here. 4 double rooms was booked and couldn't of been happier. Was greatest by a very friendly girl who explained everything we needed to know. We unpacked and got changed after a long day motorcycling. Headed down for food which was outstanding complete with desert. After we went into the bar for a few games of pool and drinks. All the staff and locals was super friendly. The rooms complete with tea/coffee facilities freeview tv double bed shower over bath. 👌...

"Properly was nice and central to the town. Activities in walking and driving distance. Only downside is they dont want dogs upstairs but do not provide a gate on the stairs. Having to make a makeshift block not easy."

"Kitchen was stocked with bread, butter, milk and jam, which was lovely but there was NO tea or coffee. However, given how dirty some of the mugs were, that probably wasn't a bad thing. There were also dirty trays left in the oven and drawer. Rest of cottage was clean thankfully. However, frustrating as limited power points, and no shaver socket in bathroom for toothbrush. Bedroom door handle/latch was very stiff and hard to open. Shower temperature dial was also VERY stiff. It was stuck on...
