"Our Hostess was amazing! Very very responsive! The parking at the house, however, is really meant for cars only. We could not park our boat and truck on the property and there is NO street parking, so heads up! We were able to use the neighbors lot across the street for an additional fee to park our boat/truck. The house needs a bit of love, but the kitchen is new and nice. FYI, there is no table to eat at IN the house, so we brought the outside table inside and it worked okay. It was too hot to...

"Had everything we needed for a great stay, 10 minutes away from the stores, quite neighborhood, space to park a boat, would definitely stay again, and owner had great communication the entire trip, thank you. "

"We had the absolute best time. The house was right on the water, and it made it very easy for us to leave our boat in the slip during the course of our stay. The property was clean and well-kept, and there were enough amenities for us to either cook inside the little house or go out to eat and have a place to put the leftovers. Highly recommend this property. The view was amazing as well, and we all had such a great time"

"This property does not disappoint! Stayed with a group of 8 and had plenty of comfortable space for all. The owners are super nice, very proactive and responsive. The home is beautiful and the views from the back patio are some of the best we have seen in Parker. A/C works awesome on both floors. It was 114 degrees during our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The accessible "in-law suite" on the first floor was perfect for my parents to relax and get quiet time away when needed. "Every clean nice dock good located "

"One negative, we were told to take our garbage. But the trash can was half full. So we ended up removing previous tenants garbage. "

"Best vacation spot on the Parker strip. Local to everything. House is clean and modern with everything you would need. The dock is great. Room to swim and float. Would recommend this to anyone who loves to play at the Parker Strip. "

"The house was perfect for our extended family of 10. The house stayed very cool in the heat of the summer and everyone had a nice bed. The pool table downstairs also added some unexpected fun. We used the grill every night and brought our own boat and jet skis. The house is right on the main channel which lends itself to beautiful views. "

"Had a great time in Parker on the 4th. The home was clean and ready for us. Plenty of space for 4 adults."

"We had 7 people stay here for 7 days. Everything was awesome the beds were comfy check in/out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the living room and kitchen was a great size. The pool was clean and perfect for after the lake. We had plenty of room for the truck and boat and other cars. Perfect house for a vacation. We will definitely stay here again!! "
