Very wonderful stay. Ms Angel was absolutely amazing as she helped us with our check-in and was very attentive to my mum’s needs who was in a wheelchair that stay. The hotel is luxurious and very comfortable to stay in.

ジャカルタ出張の常宿です。今回の滞在でも、スタッフの皆さまのおもてなし力の高さに改めて感動しました。レセプション、レストラン、ハウスクリーン、セキュリティのどの部署の方も丁寧で温かく、安心して快適に過ごすことができました。 特に今回は体調を崩してしまいましたが、レセプションチームの皆さまの温かい心遣いのおか げで早期に復調することができました。本当に感謝しております。出張の際には、これからもぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。
