"Great property, needs some TLC in areas to really make this be an amazing property...overall it's very clean, soft beds and has a fantastic 2 min walk to the bay for coffee or a beer/ wine...quiet neighborhood, easy access...I think the owner is really miss out on the opportunity to make this home a must rent ..back yard needs some love, lights, fire pit, corn hole etc...overall, great stay, compared to DTA this is excellent "

"This exceptional property was our best homestay experience yet across several states and countries. The unit has so many customized features that make it stand out, from the fire pit (fire already built) and sauna (water bucket already filled) to the kitchen and bedrooms, where no detail has been missed. "Booked this for Father’s Day weekend with my two kids. I think we were hoping for a kind of “dip your toes in” Chesapeake escape — something between Lake Anna and Ocean City. Saw “waterview” and figured maybe we’d land somewhere special. That wasn’t quite what we got. The house itself is clean and quiet. No issues with check-in. The upstairs deck is the one defining feature — nice for sitting out at night. But beyond that, this felt more like a peaceful neighborhood retreat than a Bay...

"Beautiful property, beds and linens were cozy, house was gorgeous inside and out. A huge amount of stairs though so be warned! Kitchen is on the bottom floor so I think I walked 75 flights of stairs for the weekend so just be aware! Otherwise it’s a great place to stay on the water!"

"My husband and I had a very nice stay at the cottage. The bed was very comfortable, the house was located in a beautiful park-like setting, the home was clean and we enjoyed our time there. We had our small dog with us and it would have been nice to let him run out back in the fenced-in yard but the grass had not been cut and was a little tall so we walked him out front when needed. "
