"Very quiet and quite private, especially as the owners were away. However their lovely friendly cat kept us company. Very good local small supermarket and petrol station within walking distance, also an excellent community cafe (the Market Kitchen). Comfortable bed, and even though the weather was v. hot it was quite cool in the cottage. Plenty of space for two, might have been a bit cramped for a family."

"This is a lovely location in Bath. We were close to the theater, the Roman Baths and the abbey. It's the perfect location for touristing in Bath. It took us a while to find the location, as our mobile app and the street names didn't always work together. We should have just called for directions. The view from the balcony is lovely, although the seagulls could be a bit territorial. It is definitely a family-friendly place. "We were walking the wales coast path and had not factored in the demand around Cardiff for accommodation when concerts are on. The student accommodation was the only reasonable priced option we could get for the weekend ( still more expensive than a premier inn) The main issue was heat, the room was very warm, a fan was provided but the window is only open a few issues (H&S) therefore circulating warm air. "I had an amazing stay, the owner Nick was very responsive and very pleasant, despite booking last minute. There was a clear guide of instructions of places to go. There was tea, coffee, a socket near the bed, organic milk. When I am back in Bristol, I would definitely rebook, if there is availability. Thank you !!"
