"Great suite! Close to many restaurants, the canal, etc. We were up on the top floor and it was quite difficult to carry our luggage up/down three flights of stairs (this stay was at the end of a two week trip with teens). Other than that, it was very nice!"

"The hotel is a former Palazzo. Everything about it is impeccable. The staff knows you by name. The food is excellent. The location is perfect, far enough away from the crowds but close enough that everything is within walking distance would definitely stay there again when I go back to (Venice)"

Not only did they offer to book restaurant reservations for us in the city at the last minute, they also called and took care of the water taxi for our arrival at the airport early the next morning. They had breakfast ready earlier than normal to accommodate us. The hotel itself is beautiful, centrally located with amazing views. "We were very happy with our room, it was spacious and had everything we needed. It was clean, modern and beautiful with high ceilings and wonderful view of a courtyard leading to the grand canal. The location was perfect for us to reach shops and restaurants. We even walked to the crossing to San Marco in about 15 min. It was also easy to get to the hotel by taxi from the airport, it was only a 10 min walk from the drop off. The shower was nice and steamy with great pressure. No hidden fees or...

"This is a quaint little boutique hotel. Very good bathroom. Rooms exceptionally with limited lighting. Staff VERY helpful. Be aware- rooms upstairs, now elevator. Staff carried our bags up and down. Location was 4 min walk from a couple different water taxi/publix transports. 15 min walk to st marks. Would definitely recommend"
