Staff was the highlight of the trip from Lucia and David at the Pool bar, they were so attentive but not overbearing when relaxing. To the staff at Franchino that walked us through the menu and most dishes we would just tell them to surprise us and they always hit the spot. "Room was smaller than expected and the breakfast included was not really included. Located just a couple minutes walk down the road from the heart of positano where a lot of shops and cafes are. Even has its own private beach club which you can use their kayak for free to row over to the infamous Arienzo beach club. A boat bar came around to which was nice. Staff was very nice. "
