"Nice stay"

"This location is comfortable and convenient for a long-term stay. This is my fifth time staying at this location and I was surprised by the fact that my garbage disposal unit was not working, I reported it on Tuesday and it was still not working when I checked out on Sunday. In addition, there were 3 dryers in the laundry room that were out of order for days. The lack of attention to details is a slippery slope to mediocrity!"

"The staff were very accommodating and showed genuine concern for the ordeal I went through at Baymont Inn. The suite we stayed had a few issues, however as far as missing kitchen equipment it was replaced by staff immediately upon notifying them. The shower curtain rod is not securely attached and so the curtain falls to the middle of the tub. I used paperclips to hold the curtain closed but it needs a couple of screws. "Check in was nice, we had a choice of room. Our room was clean, the air conditioning worked, the hair dryer did not. The out door pool wasn't open due couple of days rain. Staff was very accommodating, when asked for toilet paper they brought it right away. Breakfast wasn't bad, but not great. Main ontrays were in 3 different spots. Waffles were good. Was easy to get uber or lyft."

"Had to be the worst stay to date for me at a hotel. Toilet was moving all over the place. AC stopped working and didn’t get fixed. Doors made horrible noises when opening and closing. Door cards stopped working everyday. Breakfast consisted of 3 oranges, a few bagels and some bread, instant oatmeal and rice cereal. "Staff was wonderful. This is by far one of the cleanest properties I have stayed at in many years. HIGHLY recommended."

"Clean room, friendly staff and decent breakfast. Bananas are seemingly popular for some reason. Anyway, shower curtains can use some replacing. Great black out curtains, good climate control, ok tv channel selection but remote was hard to work with. Bedding not bad, didn't wake up in pain. Dishes stocked in kitchen was useful. Sofabeds were the typical sofabeds, as expected. No indications or signs of bed bugs in neither form of bedding."
