Tropical one bedroom condo steps from pool.

One bedroom condo located just outside historic Christiansted. Relax in a comfortable king size bed to recharge for all your daily excursions. Clean and equipped with all the essentials needed for a home away from home!. A/C, free WiFi, cable tv, stocked kitchen. In a quiet and gated community with well maintained lush tropical grounds, pool, and laundry facilities on-site. Enjoy two beach chairs, towels, & cooler when heading to the beaches. Condo is a quick 5 minute drive to downtown Christiansted, boardwalk with many shops and restaurants, and hotel on the cay beach.
The space:
One bedroom (separate from living area) with a/c, king bed, tv, ceiling and floor fans, dresser, large closet with hangers.
Recently updated bathroom, living area with large smart tv, free WiFi. Kitchen completely stocked for when you feel like staying inside including toaster, keurig coffee maker, blender, microwave, pots, pans, flatware, dishes, cups, etc. Dining room table and chairs. Outside patio seating area.
Guest access:
Guests have access to WiFi, gated secure parking, onsite laundry facilities, and beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, and a cooler for your use when heading to the beach. Charcoal grill is available for your use poolside. Please note there are some stairs from the parking lot to the condo and there is no elevator.

This condo was perfect for us! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked - as we did cook a couple meals and had all we needed. There were extra beach towels, a cooler and chairs available to use, filtered water if you prefer it, and if needed there was an AC unit in the main area and bedroom. Little essentials you wouldn’t think of were stocked well and were a pleasant surprise. It was pleasantly quiet, with a mix of residents and rentals- and everyone we ran into was nice. The grounds and pool were well maintained, parking lot and building/grounds are secure and safe, there’s a grocery store and gas station conveniently close by, and it’s only a few minute drive to Christiansted. Lucas was very responsive if we had any questions, and Jill who checked us in was friendly and responsive as well! Would definitely stay here again, and had no issues, concerns, or problems during our stay. Thanks Lucas for a great home base for our vacation!

Our stay was great Lucas was very informative and responded to any inquiries in a timely matter. Our flight was delayed which caused our connection flight to be missed. I called Lucas to explain that we were stuck in San Juan and that we will be arriving in the next day. He understood and even offered us a late checkout on the day we were supposed to leave. We met Jill, who was very sweet and kind also very informative she gave us suggestions of good places to eat places to go for entertainment. The condo was very clean and organized I love the beach theme the pool was amazing and the atmosphere was so quiet very friendly neighbors. I will definitely be renting again for my next trip thanks Lucas and Jill for making our stay very welcoming. I highly recommend.

My husband and I loved our 2 week stay here. The condo is in a beautiful and safe area minutes from downtown Christiansted. There were many times we thought we were the only guests in the whole place. The fantastic pool and lush gardens are right outside the door. Our host has beach chairs, towels, even snorkeling gear for guests. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of local Cruzan Rum. We liked it so much that we took the Cruzan Distillery tour (and it was totally worth it). We cook all of our own meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. In fact, we visited several farmers' markets on the island and were able to produce multiple gourmet meals using locally grown vegetables and fruits. Absolute paradise!

Enjoyed our stay at this St. Croix condo. Was clean, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 people. Grounds and pool were well-maintained with lots of beautiful tropical plants and flowers. We didn't cook much but the kitchen had what we needed. The AC worked well. Lucas and the local contact communicated very well and were very responsive to us during our stay. There are a number of steps up to the unit so it might not be ideal for anyone with significant mobility issues but otherwise, it's a great spot and we would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks!

The condo was a great home base for our visit at St. Croix. We love relaxing around the pool (which was very clean and very close to the condo) and enjoyed the flowering landscape around the condo units. Everything inside suited our needs - a place to cook our own meals when we wanted to (Thank you for the little extras in the kitchen- spices, filtered water, coffee, creamer, condiments.) a cooler for taking to the beach, beach towels and chairs, and even spare snorkeling equipment (we brought our own though). Since our flight was delayed, we lost our car rental reservation but VI Hail (like UBER) worked out great for when we wanted eat out and go to other beaches. VI hail ended up being cheaper than the car rental and we didn't have to drive on the left side or worry about parking. Bathroom supplies were also provided, which was helpful. Since the parking area and entrance gates were locked, we felt very safe. Thank you also for the wifi which allowed us to watch movies on our subscriptions for evening entertainment. Air conditioning made everything comfortable when temperatures inched up, but having the breezes come through the windows in the mornings when temperatures were cooler was wonderful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Perfect for a couple

This condo was everything advertised. It was perfect for my wife and I, well stocked and well located, an easy drive to anywhere on the island. The pool was a great place to cool off and meet people. Lucas was very good at communicating and making sure we had everything. We would definitely book it again!

Perfect spot

We love the place. We were looking for. Simplicity and a convenient location as we rented a car to visit all the great snorkeling spots. We enjoyed the pool a few times. And the condo just had what we needed. Even provided reef safe sunscreen for us to borrow, and a welcome Cruzan blackberry rum.

Great Condo

The condo was perfect for our 3 day stay in Christiansted. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and included nice touches like coffee and creamer and a complimentary drink to start off our stay. Lots of towels and linens were available and the everything was clean!Lucas was easy to communicate with followed up to make sure we were all set during our stay! The grounds and pool were a nice place to eat dinner or have a cup of coffe! Great cozy place on the island!

The communication with owner and check-in process were excellent. The general geographic location of complex is convenient to get to other parts of the island, but only if you have a car. There is nothing in reasonable walking distance from the condo, and some questionable areas surrounding the condo. The complex itself is a gated community so we never felt unsafe while there just assume you will drive to get to beach, shops, restaurants and good grocery store.

We spent a week in this rental and were quite satisfied with it. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again. It was roomy, clean, comfortable, and offered many extra amenities that we found appealing. We especially appreciated gated parking, a very nice pool area, and use of beachchairs/towels, cooler.

Amazing StCroix Condo

Lucas’ unit in Long Reef Condominiums is the perfect place to stay on St Croix. I found it very convenient to Christiansted and an easy drive to Fredriksted and the airport. Safe, secure and beautifully furnished. Five Stars.

Romantic getaway

Lucas was a gracious host from booking to check out. He remained engaged in ensuring that our trip to the island and stay at his condo meet our expectations. Our expectations of both, were exceeded!!!!! Lucas and the property manager Jill, offered extensive recommendations for local attractions, dinning, and shopping. The condo is well appointed and centrally located to everything. We did not drive more than 30 mins to the furthest points of the island. Most attractions were local, within 10-15mins. The condo was perfect for our romantic getaway. The kitchen and pantry are fully stocked. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, and cooler. The only thing missing was beach umbrella’s which we purchased and left for future guests. The condo is immaculately keep. The property is gated and safe. We plan to return to the island and the long reef condominium soon. Thank you Lucas and Jill for your attention to every detail, your hospitality, and superior customer service. SEE YOU SOON!!!
