Welcome to Kestrel Heights! Located in the lovely gated Community of Judith's Fancy, this private house boasts 4 private bedrooms suites each with ensuite bathrooms and private outdoor seating areas. . Enjoy waking up to have coffee in the large community outdoor living space next to the pool while you watch boats sailing to Buck Island. Inside, the Great Room is expansive with high ceilings and two walls of nano doors that fold back allowing for a seamless flow between the outdoor living space and pool deck! The entertainers kitchen includes a massive island and wet bar. Designed with the Caribbean climate in mind, there is abundant outdoor living space that wraps around the home with everything centered around the large pavilion. Dine outside with Family and Friends, work remotely in the shade or catch some rays at the pool.
Each room feels like a boutique hotel room suite with entry from the exterior and spacious baths ensuite complete with rich mahogany and upscale finishes. The primary bedroom includes a charming bathroom with an outdoor shower, dual sinks, massive walk in closet and water closets. The first guest bedroom with bath ensuite is connected to the primary bedroom through the laundry room. Both bedrooms have locks to the laundry room for privacy. Opposite the outdoor living space are the Living/Dining Area and two additional guest bedroom suites, these suite both have a private entrance, their own baths ensuite and open to a shared sea facing balcony.

We had a group of 6 family members ranging in age from 20 to 58. The house was spotless and had plenty of room. The views are amazing. The outdoor kitchen and pool area were wonderful for nights we wanted to stay, grill and relax. The house can easily hold 12. We did not use the bunk room that will hold 6. This is the second time we have rented the property and we will continue to do so in the future. The host is helpful and responsive. It was a great experience.

We had a wonderful 10 day stay for 7 adults! The property and house were spacious and very enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable, lots of supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the openness between indoor and outdoor living was great! We had a lot of wind during out stay so limited out enjoyment of the outdoor amenities but if the weather had been better it would have been amazing. We had a few issues to address during our stay and Kelly was very responsive with fixes done in a timely manner. Location was centrally located on the island which was nice. We'd for sure return to this home if we get back to St. Croix with our Forever Friends!

10 members of my family gathered here and had a wonderful time. The house is fantastically laid out and I can’t recommend it high enough. Great views, plenty of space and good support from management. Great memories we will never forget!!!

Never before has our family stayed in such luxurious surroundings ~ what a view of the Ocean from our own backyard. The host made check in quite easy and worry free giving us a thorough walk through of the Villa. The private rooms with their own bathroom gave each of our adult kids’s & families their own relaxing space with a veranda to see the beauty outside. The primary suite had private his and her bathrooms, a closet even I couldn’t fill and an outdoor shower perfect to wash the kids. I loved how clean it was for being outside. It was wonderful to have the Grandkids to have their own roomy room with a nice bathroom. It was so nice to have the laundry room so handy for everyone. Once we filled the pantry and refrigerator we ate 90 percent of our meals at home. The entire family spent morning to night in the Saltwater Pool. (Now we are putting one in our new home) We had so much fun barbecuing our dinners and eating outdoors under the Cabana. I am so particular about cleanliness that I am always concerned a place will not meet my high standards. This beautiful Home away from Home surpassed even my obsessive ways making my stay so much more pleasurable. When it comes to customer service, one call was all it took to get the lighting fixed in our room. I think knowing how a host communicates and how they solve a problem is important. Our family created memories that will last a lifetime. I wish you the very same!

Property was conveniently located and beautifully situated with a stunning view. Kelly was a responsive host and even had a thoughtful welcome gift upon our arrival. The beds were comfortable and everything well appointed. Kitchen was morw than sufficiently stocked. Pool was lovely. Appreciated the celing fans in each room, and the snorkling gear & towels available during our stay.

Spouse, myself, and 5 very close friends came down for a quick 10 day visit. We love sharing this island and home with friends. This house lends itself perfectly for groups who enjoy staying and partying outside, yet super swank and comfy when you need to be inside. Centrally located and close to everything the house has to offer. Looking forward to our next visit, already booked for next winter (3 weeks).

Our VRBO stay exceeded expectations! The luxurious home provided the perfect setting for our group of families, offering ample space and modern comforts. The home had spacious living areas and large bedrooms. The view from the property was absolutely beautiful! I loved sitting in the outdoor space in the mornings and evenings. There is a convenient walk to the beach that was fun to explore! Check-in was smooth and easy! Kelly, our host, was super helpful and friendly. Her responsiveness and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable. It's evident that she takes pride in ensuring guests have a great stay. I highly recommend this Vrbo. The luxurious house and Kelly's hospitality made our stay fantastic! Can't wait to plan our next stay!

Myself and my family had a wonderful stay at the property. Kelly made the check-in process easy for us and her assistant, Bridget was informative and helpful as well. Not to mention, their response time for inquiries was excellent. The property itself was amazing. The views were beautiful, food shopping was close by, and the location wasn’t too far from town. There is much more that I can say but I’m afraid my review will gather so much attention that there’ll be no vacancy for our return next year lol Simply put, I highly recommend this rental home! Especially to families who’d just like to getaway, enjoy family time and make memories.

It is hard to know where to begin. The property is absolutely amazing. To start, the finishes in the home are very high end. The Yeti tumblers and cups that kept our ice cold all day long in 90 degree heat, the quality of the furnishings, finishes and amenities were all top shelf. The Frontgate loungers and couches were extremely comfortable and heavy duty. In terms of the space, the bedrooms were very comfortable and well placed for families. The master bedroom was perfect in every sense. The outdoor shower was wonderful. The location of the home in the community was very nice. Great views of the ocean and close enough to hear the waves on the beach. Neighbors were close but we literally never saw anyone and in the most common areas to hang out, you don't really see any of the other homes anyway. The kitchen/ living room space was awesome. There are two sets of folding doors that create an indoor/outdoor space. The breeze blows through and really cools the interior. We literally never turned on the AC in that room the entire time and the outside temperatures were between 85-90 every day we were there. The outdoor space between the master bedroom and living room is where we spent the most time. The covered space is perfect for relaxing, reading and taking advantage of the breeze between dips in the pool. The garage was well stocked with snorkeling gear and chairs which were great for the beach. Overall, the property was a home run for our visit.

We were very excited to have the opportunity to stay in Judith’s Fancy for this return visit to Saint Croix. This home is stunning and extremely spacious for multiple friends or families. We especially loved congregating at the pool or in the main living room with the kitchen. Amenities met all of our needs, particularly in the kitchen. The ability to open up the pocket doors is an experience with ocean breezes - very unique. My husband loved cooking on the grill and the kitchen was stocked for all of our cooking needs. I felt extremely safe, lots of privacy and being centrally located, we were able to visit Christiansted and Frederiksted knowing the main road was just outside the gate. A memorable family trip we will treasure.
