Beautiful tropical sunrises from our private balcony as you watch the waves of the Caribbean Sea break on the nearby coral reef.

When you have had enough swimming, snorkeling, and sun bathing on our private beach, try our refreshing pool.

The swimming pool is adjacent to a historic 1700's Danish Sugar Mill, sunning deck, and guest clubhouse – everything you could ask for in a Caribbean vacation !!!

The quint town of Christiansted is 5 minutes away, Fredericksted is 30 minutes to the west, and Point Udall is 30 minutes to east, making Sugar Beach an excellent location for exploring the island of St. Croix, USVI !!!

For dining and happy hours there are two excellent beach restaurants adjacent to our property !!!

The studio was very spacious, extremely clean, and comfortable for my Vinny and I. Everything that we could have needed was provided, it was nice to come back after our adventures and have the option to stay in to make a home cooked meal. The location was central to everything on the island. The views from the veranda were beautiful, there was an easy breeze that we enjoyed starting and ending our days. There were hummingbirds that enjoyed the veranda as well, they seemed to enjoy the property just as much. Brian was quick to respond to inquiries and offered valuable insight for our vacation. We plan to come back in the spring and once we've got our dates dialed in, we're hoping to book again.

Our host, Brian was wonderful and great at communicating all the information we needed. The location of the condo is great for being able to access either end of the island. Sitting immediately on Sugar Beach is wonderful and there is a great pool on site in case you want to get out of the saltwater. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the island and are looking forward to going back again in the future.

Lovely Oceanview Condo

My partner and I stayed here for a week for a wedding. It was perfect. We both had to work remotely a few days which was easy given the internet and the beautiful ocean views. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The washer and dryer were excellent bonuses. I would definitely stay here again.

I brought my girlfriend to meet my brother for his birthday. He has lived on the island for 42 years and this was my sixth visit to the island. This condo on the beach has a great view of Buck Island and is very comfortable.

Spectacular view

My husband and I came here on a cruise 27 yrs ago for a day and wanted to come back to the island to see if we wanted to retire here. The island is beautiful and the restaurants are great. It was so nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast and some meals to help with the cost. Brian and his wife have everything you need and made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves. Very quiet place with beautiful sunrises if you get up early enough to see them. We did every morning and I have some pretty amazing pictures. Did some snorkeling right out front and also the grounds keepers are so friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

5 Stars/Fantastic Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The condo itself was nicely furnished, comfortable, and part of a well-maintained facility. The pool and beach are great, and the location couldn’t be better. The unit was cozy and perfectly suited for the two of us. We spent a lot of time on the deck overlooking the Caribbean, enjoying stunning views of Buck Island. The facility staff was friendly, and though they were actively maintaining the grounds, they went about it quietly and never disrupted our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, even checking in to ensure everything was going well. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and hospitality. Highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again

Paradise perfection

We absolutely loved our 9 days here. The host responded quickly to every communication and was very professional and caring about all of our questions. They have everything you will need for an island/beach vaca. We loved having the beach off the balcony, decent/easy snorkeling and perfect turquoise water. It made for the BEST relaxing mornings with coffee and evenings with Cruzan rum. It is a great central location, 5 minutes to Christiansted Boardwalk, and just 30 minutes to either the awest end or the East End. We will absulotely be booking with them again on future visits and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a rental in St Croix.

Comfortable ocean view condo in great location

Condo was clean, comfortable, had nice amenities and fabulous view. Great location on the beach and close to downtown for quick drive to shops, restaurants and coffee. Host was very friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again in the future.

The host , Brian, was responsive, the place was as discribed. Right on the beach very close to Christiansted, & grocery stores (i would recomend Pueblos). Sugar beach is centrally located on the island so it was a great location. We visited 9 beaches when we were there & Sugar beach was good for short walks. We felt very safe while there.

Beautiful condo on the beach

I had such a wonderful stay at Sugar Beach! Having my coffee on the balcony every morning overlooking the Caribbean might have been the highlight of my entire trip. The unit was clean and had almost everything you need for your stay. The community pool is fantastic as well.

Visit to St Croix

Brian was such a great host; so easy to communicate with, responded quickly, and even checked in on us in the middle of our stay. The place was super clean and i appreciated the pots/pan, plates, cups, etc. It is in such a great spot and super close to Christiansted Boardwalk, which was nice to be close to restaurants and things to do.

This is a beautiful property. Fairly Central to most things on the island. The space was clean and beautiful. The owner was very communicative. When the cable/ Internet went out he took steps immediately to get it resolved and communicated the info. The pool is amazing! The grounds are well maintained. Beautiful views from the porch. The owner has lots of things available to use to enjoy your stay. There are also things leftover from other guests in case you forget something. For example we left unused sunscreen that is reef safe. Unfortunately we were there when the sargassum was pretty bad. Obviously just bad luck, not any fault of the owners or property. This was the only downside of this stay. This was an unusual circumstance from what I understand. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay here
