Beautiful home in a newer development located in Christiansburg minutes away from Virginia Tech, Radford and conveniently located close to I 81. We are located close to shopping areas, restaurants, coffee shops and more. Enjoy the Mountain Views from our back deck/patio or head up to the park and enjoy a game of basketball. Our master bedroom has a King sized bed with an en suite. Our second bedroom offers a Queen sized bed and our Third bedroom also offers a Queen sized bed. Our backyard offers a Deck complete with furniture and a gas operated fire pit. We offer a recreation room on the lower level that includes a large tv, arcade games and a tv projector with access to a lower patio that also includes furniture. We also offer a Queen sized sofa bed.

Each of us, ranging ages 10-50, enjoyed our family time at this home. It is so close to Virginia Tech. It’s tucked in a cute hilly well maintained neighborhood. The check-in process was very easy. The home felt brand new! It wa so clean and welcoming! The features and kid things were so great! We’d definitely stay here again! Thank you for this great place and chance to see our sophomore over family weekend!

This was the perfect house for our family for our daughter’s VT graduation! First and foremost, it was extremely clean and tidy. The owner left snacks, paper products and travel-sized toiletries for our use. The kitchen was well-stocked with all essential supplies, and the basement/game room was a hit. We would 100% stay here again; it is a beautiful house!

Clean, Comfortable & Roomy!

Home was immaculately clean & spacious! Stayed during a football weekend at VT with another couple and our kids. It was plenty of room for us to relax & we felt at home. The large kitchen/dining area was perfect for us to order food in, spread out & not fight crowds for dinner reservations! Couches were extremely comfortable. Home is away from the busy atmosphere of a football weekend in Blacksburg but easy drive into the college. Highly recommend this home

Virginia Tech Graduation

Wonderful stay! Very clean with a bright open floor plan. Looks like brand new! Very convenient off of the highway. We enjoyed being able to stay all together with our family. The coffee, snacks and paper produces/utensils were well appreciated. The host answered my questions very quickly. We highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Great place to stay for a VT game

This house was in a great neighborhood. It was well decorated and they had complementary snacks and coffee sat out for us during our stay. It was a fast trip but we enjoyed it so much. We sat out on the back deck and had coffee in the morning by the gas fireplace before we left. I would highly recommend this property.

Comfortable, clean, and quiet

We had a lovely time staying at Brianne's house! We rented the house for our daughter's graduation at Virginia Tech. It was a quick 20 minute drive to campus. It was a great opportunity to spend time as a family, enjoying meals and celebrating. We found the house very comfortable with recliner chairs, nice outdoor deck, and spacious kitchen that was fully equipped for cooking meals. The host was responsive to my questions through the messaging app. Highly recommend it! The house is in a quiet family neighborhood. We had 6 adults stay here for 3 nights.

Beautiful property!

This home is clean, bright and beautiful. It was such a relaxing place to start and end the day during an otherwise hectic football weekend. The house is well-appointed and there were lots of nice extras to make you feel at home…or better! 😃 The location is an easy distance to Tech, and close enough to restaurants for takeout. The neighborhood is lovely and was all decorated for Halloween, which I loved. There is a video game area in the finished basement that would be fun for young and old, and no shortage of things to do on the property.. We all enjoyed our stay and I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, clean stay in the area. Thanks again, Brianne!

Awesome place!

Extremely clean and new! Had all the amenities we needed. Nice touch extras like snacks, chocolate chip cookies, shampoo/soap. The house was very nice and would definitely stay there again!

In town for Virginia Tech Graduation May 2022

House is brand new and spotless with a full 2 car garage which we used. Kitchen had everything we needed. There's a TV in the basement with hundreds of DVDs, especially Disney shows for the 7 year old in our group. House has WiFi, excellent Verizon cell service, and Direct TV so that I could escape to the basement and watch Tennis channel. Two zone HVAC made it easy to keep the everyone comfortable. The few questions I had of the owner were answered within minutes. Great location, we'll be back again!

Wonderful property

Stayed here with family for graduation at VT. Perfect location and very clean house. Host had a wonderful assortment of amenities like travel toothbrushes, scrubbers deodorant etc. snacks very sweet too. Host was quick to respond. Highly recommend!!
