"Stayed for 5 nights in one of the Club rooms. The room was amazing, so was the view. Staff was very friendly and helpful, this for all areas of contact, cleaners (I stayed on level 37, reception, breakfast buffet at the lobby and at lounge. Pool and gym were great too, breakfast was excellent! I very pleasant stay!"

"今回2回目の宿泊ですが、やっぱり交通便が良かったです。空港バス停も近く、地下鉄も近いまた飲食おいしいところも多くて大変良かったです。また今回お部屋のアップグレードもしていただきとっても嬉しかったです。部屋も広くて見晴らしもよかったです。ただ１つ言えば洗面台の排水が少し悪かったです。それ以外はとてもよかったです。ホテルの入り口にはドアマンが常にいてコストパフォーマンスに優れたいいホテルと思いました。"

"The location is perfect to have eateries, shops in walking distance, close to all transportation. The price is very affordable. Very basic amenities provided, the towels are worn out and some even have holes in it. The one time slippers are paper thin. No iron & iron board. I had booked two room for me and my mom, the reservation department told Expedia that they have my two rooms reservation but the front desk could only see one room reservation, it took lot of back and forth within the hotel...

"The stay was mixed to be honest. The room was clean and well maintained. The common areas were a bit dated. The elevators didn't work well at times and the wait time was long. The food in the breakfast was top notch. The staff was mostly helpful but could have been more friendly."

"チェックイン受付は女性2人、チェックアウトは加えて男性が担当されてました。それぞれ丁寧に受付してもらってなんの問題もありませんでした。電源アダプタも自然な流れで必要かどうか切り出してもらったおかげで借りることができ助かりました。 部屋も普通に清潔で快適に過ごすことができました 立地もコスパも良かったので、また機会があれば利用したいです。"

"Overall speaking, I have a good impression for the hotel especially during hot summer that the air conditioning is excellent. Room is clean and staff are sincere and helpful especially in reception area. However, manner of bell boys are not professional enough when we keep our luggage by end of the trip. Besides, lifts were on and off out of order which failed to stop at our floor and some other floors as far as I noticed."
