Our cabin was in a beautiful woodsy setting and our deck overlooked tall trees and woods. Morning coffee on the deck wrapped in a blanket was icing on the cake. I can't recommend the Woodsman Lodge enough! Also, being on the outskirts of town was a definite plus. If we're ever back in Eureka Springs, it'll be our go to place."

"It was older but well maintained. Location was near to many attractions and a short drive from downtown and other attractions. Staff always had a smile and provided useful tips. Breakfast was as advertised--grab and go. For a budget conscious traveler who was mostly interested in sleeping and showering in the room, this was perfect."

"I was excited to stay here until I actually checked in. I reserved a "forest view" room which is at the very back of the property and turned out to be kind of creepy. It's just the small parking lot jutting right up to the woods where the hotel also left some construction scaffolding and random table & chairs in the parking spaces. If I had seen actual pictures of this area before booking I would have picked another room. (Courtyard view looked great!) Upon entering, I noticed the room...

"Room was very clean and staff very helpful. Room seems dark and cluttered. Bedding is very clean and white but very heavy. Extra blanket in drawer was appreciated. Lack of light was a problem to read. Floor lamp needs to be by the big chair. A/C unit works well but very noisy and blows continually. Ironing boards are outdated and seldom used. Rack with hangers way too close to sink. Lots of hot water and good shower. Picture totally inaccurate on ad. All in all it was a very good price...

"I don't want to take away from this amazing place, but the sign out front says that I can drop my key in the lockbox by the front door. However, I was not able to find the lockbox and ended up leaving my key in my room and called at 8am when they opened to let them know. They were very nice about how I "checked out". Just a little heads up."
