The location was great- a 2min walk to the subway, so easy to get places quickly if we didn’t fancy a walk, and was a 10min walk to Central Park. "Room was INCREDIBLY loud. I would not recommend staying here if you intend on having a good nights sleep. The elevators are a disaster. The room service is slow after 7pm. Front desk was less than enthusiastic to help. The Carlyle, The Surrey or even The Four Seasons midtown are better picks."

The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. "Room view was 26th floor, of backside of another bldg, asked for early check in, never called n I'll check bill as we were told there was early check in fee. Roof top was hit n miss, they closed before midnite and turned away, a nite a few days later n the servers n bartenders were terrific. Sessions was good, happy hour they r trying to pawn off their beer from october(pumpkin ale seasonal), they did have an option, food was ok."
