"This is hotel is in a great location and about your average holiday inn, however their staff members are probably the most accommodating and politeness I've ever experienced. BUNNY, THONG, HONGLY, THET, went out of their ways to insured I had the best stay. Their knowledge of the city and honesty is definitely worth a stay. I will definitely stay again."

"I had a very enjoyable stay at Arthur & Paul in February 2025. Check-in was simple and straightforward, and my luggage was carried to my room. The room was very comfortable and clean and I enjoyed using the outdoor balcony. The included sauna and steam room are a fun place to relax in the evening. The swimming pool is a pleasure to use as is the hot tub where it is mandatory to be naked. The included breakfast was delicious. "A great accommodation in Phnom Phen! It offers really large apartments, a small pool and gym on the rooftop and a great restaurant at the ground floor. Clean and comfortable, well functional AC. Could have wished for a more fully equipped kitchen as it has limited plates, cutlery and glasses, a couple of more towels for the pool, and some shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the shower. But all in all a perfect stay for a family of four. Easy to get around with tuk-tuks. A plus for having some toys...

"Big and great room. Very intelligent thought out design of room and building. Didn't like the bed because it was too stiff. Couldn't have a good night sleep for the whole week. Air con was not cleaned and so I had a difficult time breathing and it was making my throat sore. Finally to many bugs entering my room. Other than that it was a very elegant room. Wished the table was bigger and that's it."

"It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants...
