"One of the BEST resorts in Chiang Mai. The place is very peaceful and quaint. The resort owner greeted us at check in and ensured we were well taken care of until departure day. The food was fantastic and all homemade. The atmosphere of the area is meant for relaxation. We only stayed 2 days but will definitely return in the next few months. A wonderful place to recharge. "

"Its a beautiful estate with cozy bungalows. Ac worked great and everything was clean.The family was amazing, very helpful. "I was welcomed at the gate by the owner and her sweet dog. I immediately knew I had chosen the right place. My room was lovely with a beautiful view. It was clean and inviting. The owner gave me all kinds of information on places to go for food, temples, massage, markets-any questions I had, she knew exactly how to direct me. Very nurturing. It felt like we were family. Breakfast was made each morning which was delicious. The atmosphere was exactly what I was looking for-absolutely beautiful....

"We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa for 2 days and departed on new years day. The property is clean and quiet and the breakfast is good. Communication with Pen is great and both Pen with Mr Nirun were very helpful. Only one thing to consider is if you do not have a car and is travelling to downtown during festive season (NYE for us), you may struggle getting a Grab/Bolt. It shouldnt be a problem during other times. "

"Loved staying here. Quiet and peaceful. The staff were wonderful. The room was lovely and enjoyed the pool. The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was perfect and enjoyed drinking coffee and green tea by the water fountain and koi fish pond. Would definitely return. "
