"The property was pretty standard. The rooms are a bit older and have been well used over time. Clean for their condition. The location of the hotel had a significant amount of homeless individuals on the same block with the main street, Dundas, being fairly dirty and smelling predominately of urine. The hotel experience was average but I would express caution in terms of the location."

"We stayed here while family was at victoria hospital. Very close to hospital and staff very accomodating. Reasonable price and much needed comfy beds. Close to restaurants..would definitely use again."

"Nice pool, was warm even on a cold night. We’ve stayed here before and the room upgrades are very nice. Not perfect but for the price point it is great. Clean beds. Found a few things that weren’t clean, spot on the floor when we had to move the bedside table to reach the plug, what looked like a pee stain on the shower curtain or at least something else that was very yellow. Things that could be easily missed. Floors left a brownish stain on our socks. NBD, wear socks. Other main touch areas...

"Quick and easy check-in with the most friendliest, kind, and upbeat, front desk gentlemen. Our family used the pool facilities and it was clean with lots of towels on hand, which was a bonus. The beds are super comfortable, and the rooms are quiet. So far it’s been a fantastic stay."
