All of this, and just minutes from one of the most pristine and most visited beaches in America - Assateague National Seashore - where our famous Wild Ponies roam free!

If you're looking for a getaway that won't break the bank, Chris' Cottages are the perfect home base for all of your Chincoteague adventures. Each cottage comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and includes a private bedroom with a queen bed, plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, and a microwave — everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Guests will enjoy central heat and air conditioning, TVs in both the living room and bedroom, Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo, private back deck with picnic table and charcoal grill. spacious shaded yard perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, AND your Linens provided (just bring your beach towels!)

Located approximately 150 yards from the Sea Shell Motel office, guests also enjoy access to the motel pool and select motel amenities, all within easy walking distance.
