Very clean room. Rented a small boat from them and took our dogs with us; they loved being on a boat! Beautiful views of the water and assateague lighthouse right from the property, especially at sunset. We paid for the water taxi to take us to a secluded beach for a few hours. The Pearl at Grand Bay on Chincoteague Island!
Our stay at The Pearl at Grand Bay was great! The property was just as described; it was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive! Would definitely stay here again!!

Waterfront Unit on Assateague Channel View with Floating Dock
Hostess was very accommodating and fast to respond. Great place. Dock was in great shape. Beautiful views of lighthouse, marsh, ponies. Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset.

Key West Cottages
Great cottage, good space, thoughtful layout, fantastic staff. Spotless and a great location. 4 stars only because of the mattress. The mattress did not meet the standards the rest of the stay set.
