"Very nice staff. All rooms seem so have an outdoor space, very nice. Sea view from our two rooms. Uncomfortable beds. The aircon was very noisy, we didn’t need it so easy to turn off. "

"This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. "The stay was great. Quiet neighborhood in the off season and a quick walk to the beach. The interior was perfect for writing. The kitchenette was dated and the stove/range was iffy but I managed to make simple meals. Only major issue was the bathroom sink had no cold water valve so it was too hot to wash and brush teeth in the bathroom. Had to use the kitchen. Also I opted for late check out (2pm) and was able to pay for it through the app. But the cleaning crew came at 12 and said they had...

"Our family came to Falmouth for the weekend to spend time with friends that live locally. The location is perfect with stunning views across the bay to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood is perfect for walking and there is a public beach within easy walk from the house. The home is beautifully appointed with ample space for our family. We would highly recommend this home for year round stays"

"This house was perfect for us. Grateful that Bill was able to accommodate us. It’s the perfect location in Oak Bluffs, a quick walk to Tony’s and a nice walk to the harbor. The rooms are spacious and with a little coordination the one bathroom was not a problem. The outside shower was a plus. The portable air conditioning kept the living room cool as a gathering spot. We also loved the outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again. "

One thing I would have liked was a book with instructions for oven, pool, dishwasher, etc. with a list of restaurants and things to do in the area, and a place to write something about the stay.
