Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. "We were only here one night, but I loved staying in this flat! It was a real insight into how people live their everyday lives in a city the size of Oxford. Manu was excellent about communicating with us and made sure we would have no trouble finding the flat or getting into it. I wish we could have stayed here longer, and I would definitely reach out to him again if I ever travel back this way!"

"The room is a good size and as described, and the team who look after the site were able to drop the keys to the office I was working in, so I could pick up which was appreciated. One minor negatives was that whilst sky was available in the room it didn't seem to be working whilst I was there. Overall would recommend the stay if you're looking for a small self catered space near to the town centre."

"The noise from the neighbor’s phone, TV, and conversations was disturbing, but everything else was comfortable. I would appreciate it if you could remind them to be more mindful."

"Exactly as advertised. Kurt, the owner, was prompt in responding to every question. Great location if you don’t mind a little walking. Quiet, safe residential area. Cab fares to most Oxford locations were reasonable. Highly recommended by all three of us (seniors)."
