"Rustic, vintage vibe, very spacious. We enjoyed a lot. Had a lovely family time. New great memories created."

"Wonderful location on the Suwannee River. Close to Manatee Springs and the Gulf. So happy to be able to bring and dock a boat. Boat ramp is 2 minutes down the road. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The house was clean and spacious enough for our large group. The only downside to our stay is that one room with a King bed was extremely warm while the rest of the home was nice and cool. It would not cool down enough, to the point that we opted to sleep on an air mattress next to the kitchen...

"I was looking for a place to stay when my van broke down. I ended up getting some peaceful rest at Sandie’s. She's a great host, and I will be back. I really enjoyed my stay there. A nice, clean, quiet place to visit. Thank you Sandie!"

"My wife and I were a little apprehensive when we booked a cozy cabin near Fanning Springs for a mini-vacation instead of our usual beach getaway. But we were pleasantly surprised.“Cozy” doesn’t begin to describe it—quiet, peaceful, and full of natural magic. Time seemed to pause there. While sitting on the porch, a brave kitty approached us, and soon a whole tribe of cats had adopted us, offering nonstop purring therapy.The next day we launched the canoe and paddled through stunning Bell Springs...

"We had a great time. Jennifer was easy to get a hold of for a question we had upon entering. The house was super clean. We loved the location and the 5 bathrooms. The ice machine wasn’t there due to the hurricane so we had to make few trips out for ice but other than that I would definitely recommend this house. "
