"Love the amenities for the price. The kitchenette was really clean and had all the basics. Staff was very helpful and even offered cold water at check-in on a hot day. Hope to have a reason to return to Kitchener overnight so I can book this hotel again!"

The breakfast was not totally cooked, the eggs were rubber, and there are no vegan options other than toast. Appreciate the thought but not worth the price everything is frozen processed food noth made from scratch."

Also, don't tell me breakfast is included and then make it grab and go in the lobby. The photo on the website looked like the breakfast space but it's actually the restaurant next door. "The rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable. I was there for one night so didn’t need any kitchen items but it seemed well stocked. I spoke to staff a couple of times and person was very helpful. Restaurant in building was very good. Location is great…near restaurants, coffee shops & public transportation."

"We were surprised to learn we'd be staying in what amounts to a college dorm. But it was a pleasant surprise. The room was large with two double beds, divided by a half wall. Bathroom was spacious and clean. Room had a full size fridge and microwave. Only thing we didn't find in the room was a hair dryer. We arrived very late, after midnight. The gentleman working the check in desk was very polite and very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if we pass back through."
