"This place has true old southern hospitality. The whole town was like that! We visited everywhere. No disappointments. The hotel was magnificent. We just returned from Japan. Hospitality there second to none and the Peabody and Memphis felt the same."

"Everything the room comes with was wonderfully labeled, laundry bag for dirty laundry as well as trash can and recycle bin. The room came with plenty hooks for your clothes and even extra under the bed in case you need more and the free breakfast was delicious. Staff was very sweet and friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Was probably the most relaxing part of my trip! Good job !"

"It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby"

"They had one first day of the room was clean. Breakfast was on point hot tub was really good and relaxing and a room was so amazing fireplace back and you can sit down and relax and watch over the building. It was something I’d enjoy and let’s get."

"I like the fact that hotel was centrally located. The rooms are very small and the bathroom is weirdly designed, the toilet only had a door. They did not have wash cloths for my 3 night stay, just hand towels and regular towels. No real food options inside of the hotel. The roof top bar was nice, but the staff wasn’t friendly. The drinks were just okay. We didn’t use valet parking because it was $36 per day, I found cheaper parking a short walk away for my entire stay!"

"Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels."

"This was one of the best places we have stayed and enjoyed it so much more than a standard hotel. Everything was exactly like the listing and so simple from check in to check out. Super clean and everything you need and more for a very comfortable stay. If we ever visit Memphis in the future this will definitely be our go to place to stay."
